For more than two decades, one of WalkBoston’s hallmarks has been the guided walking tours we offer throughout the year. The tours cover unique routes and are led by knowledgeable and engaging leaders. Themes range from critical advocacy issues to neighborhood history to geology, with locations from Dorchester to Deer Island to the distant suburbs. Often interspersed are examples of good – and sometimes bad – walking conditions. Most walks are accessible and almost all are free. For schedule and registration information, see our calendar.

For self-guided walks, see our Maps section.
